Rich + Delightful + Nourishing

I know, nobody wants to ditch their hot cupa' joe. But sometimes for health reasons we have to, at least for a little while. But fear not! This coffee replacement might surprise you. Dare I say I like it better than the real thing?? Bonus - my kids love it and it's super healthy for them!

3 parts chicory root
3 parts dandelion root
1 part carob powder
1/2 part chaga mushroom powder

Mix together and store in an airtight jar. When ready to make your new favorite tea use 1 tablespoon coffee blend to 8 oz boiling water, more of you like it stronger. Let steep. Add all your favorite coffee fixin's + enjoy!

We love ours bullet proof coffee style with a splash of shilajit but you could also do yolky coffee if that's your jam. ☕

I am so convinced that this is the easiest, tastiest, and most nutritional sweet treat to be had!

Important things to note:

🐄 your butter MUST come from an animal source! And the higher quality the better.

🍯 Same with the honey, raw is a must, the higher quality the better

🧂 again with the salt, I like Redmonds fine sea salt

I do about a 50/50 ratio of butter to honey but 60/40 is good too, play with it and see what you like. Let the butter soften on the counter and when soft just add in the honey and salt and stir until you get a caramel texture!

All you busy mamas be sure to save this one! I like to mix it up and throw it in the fridge, (it's even better cold) AND it's ready to go at a moment's notice. Your kids will love you. Future you will love you. 🧡

Or, you can fully plan out all the meals for the week.

Either way, you have something thawed and ready to go.
